I purchased a used vehicle from Heather, she was fantastic. Make me feel comfortable and showed me everything I wanted see and test drive. I purchased a 2021 explorer st. Couple of days later had a couple of problems so I took it to ford and it was missing a drain tube. Dealer ship is working with me to sort it out. Could not ask for better. Thank you so much Heather.
